Does this really need explanation? It would be bad enough, but I got sick. Like really really sick. I can barely breathe and eating is tough. Thinking about cooking or preparing food is even worse. Yeah, I kinda suck.
I can't stay home anymore, so Ihave to get back in the swing of things. Really cool though: I get a free membership to the rec center for my whole family (my husband and kids - although kids under 4 are free). I just need to start going in.
Lots of changes. A little slippage. I can totally do this. Right?

You can do it! (You need to read that in the voice of the guy who says it in every Adam Sandler movie).
ReplyDeleteI've been going to the rec center in the morning for the most part. But, if you'd ever want to go in the evening to a sculpting class @ 5:00 or water aerobics @ 7:00 or 8:00 we could go together sometimes. Maybe you're planning to do the bike or treadmill though...
ReplyDeleteBrandi - that's how I heard it in my head before you described it. heh
ReplyDeleteLina - I'd love to go with you. I'm interested in water aerobics but I know nothing about it. And sculpting? Some type of aerobics? I'm easy. I'd love to have someone to go with.
Heather, I'm on the same program as you are now. :) And I "got sick" two days ago. I was sickened by an overnight shift that totally disruped the Dan-Plan. And when I got home, exhausted, all I did was lay in bed and try to sleep. And suck down milk. Occasional crackers.
ReplyDeleteThen when I decided I had to get more lively, the OTHER monthly "sick" arrived and I had some chocolate. And more tortilla chips. (Which are, by the way, on my plan. Although perhaps not so many.)
You'll get through it. And that plan is so darned easy. I LOVE IT.
Um, try the onion tea fix I mentioned for the headcold, eh? Seriously, it works.
How is a sculpting class gpoing to help you loseweight? Unless it's one of those "Ghost" classes and you have to have sex with your intructor? :-0
